For 2008 Season the prices per week are:
A deposit of £100.00 (€150.00) will be required on booking. The balance, plus the security deposit is then payable 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Payment may be made by cheque or bank transfer in Sterling or Euros.

Security Deposit
The security deposit of £100.00 (€150.00) will be refunded within one week following the end of your holiday, again either by cheque or bank transfer, subject to there being no significant breakage, damage or losses during your stay. It would really help us if guests were to report breakage and damage, so that we can act immediately to arrange replacements or repairs. In the event that the costs of any damage exceed £100.00 (€150.00), we reserve the right to ask guests for a further contribution.
Included Within Price
Prices include electricity and water usage, bed linen, towels and cleaning.
Late Cancellation
In cases of late cancellation, refund of payment will be dependent upon successful re-letting of accommodation. Where re-letting is not achieved, we are happy to offer part credit against a future booking.
No Smoking
We kindly ask our guests not to smoke in the accommodation.
